Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding commercial agreement between you ("Customer", "Client", or "you") and BIZAI INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS LLC ("BizAI", "Company", "we", or "us"), a Texas limited liability company (EIN 38-4417127, Texas SOS Filing No. 806753432) with registered office at 5900 Balcones Drive STE 100, Austin, TX 78731, United States.

By accessing bizaigpt.com, app.bizaigpt.com, tools.bizaigpt.com, completing a checkout session, or deploying BizAI scripts, DNS records, or webhooks on your domain, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

BizAI provides an AI-powered organic acquisition and conversion platform for service businesses and digital brands, including:

• Programmatic SEO & GEO/AEO Engine: Automated architecture, generation, internal linking, schema markup, and search indexing (Google Indexing API & IndexNow) of pillar pages, cluster articles, glossary hubs, and regional landing pages according to the contracted plan tier (e.g., 100, 200, or 300+ pages per month).
• AI Sales & Lead Qualification Agents: Conversational widgets and intent-scoring engines embedded on customer pages that qualify visitors 24/7 and dispatch high-intent alerts.
• BizAI Loop News 360° Media Automation: Automated editorial monitoring, viral composition, and multi-channel asset generation (Stories, Reels, Trial Reels, TikTok, Shorts, LinkedIn).
• WebMCP (Model Context Protocol) Endpoints: Structured machine-readable endpoints allowing AI search engines and autonomous agents to query verified brand facts and submit leads.

To enable full deployment and search indexing, Customer agrees to provide accurate business context, configure requested DNS/CNAME or reverse-proxy rules, and grant service-account permissions in Google Search Console where applicable.

Customer is solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance of its underlying products, professional licenses (including legal, medical, financial, or engineering disclosures), and the offers promoted through its workspace.

Subscriptions and setup fees are billed in advance in United States Dollars (USD)—or in the currency explicitly displayed at checkout—via Stripe. Unless otherwise stated in a signed Order Form, recurring monthly or annual plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe Billing Portal or by notifying info@bizaigpt.com prior to your next renewal date. Where a specific promotional plan or trial explicitly includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee at checkout, refund requests submitted within the stated window will be honored in accordance with the checkout offer terms.

Customer Content & Generated Pages: Upon full payment of applicable fees, Customer owns the commercial usage rights to the custom articles, pillar pages, and brand assets generated specifically for Customer’s domain, as well as all first-party leads captured through Customer’s workspace.

Platform IP: BIZAI INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS LLC retains exclusive ownership of all underlying software, proprietary prompt architectures, intent-scoring algorithms, WebMCP servers, UI templates, trademarks, and orchestration workflows.

While BizAI engineers every page using proven SEO, AEO, and GEO methodologies and submits URLs directly via Google Indexing API and IndexNow, search engine algorithms (Google, Bing) and third-party AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) are operated by independent third parties. Accordingly, BizAI does not guarantee specific ranking positions, crawl timelines, or fixed traffic volumes.

AI-generated content and automated device actions may occasionally contain inaccuracies. Customers in regulated professions (such as law, healthcare, accounting, and financial services) must review published content and configure appropriate professional disclaimers.

You agree not to use the BizAI platform to:

• Publish unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, malware-infected, or deceptive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights, privacy laws, or anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, LGPD).
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, overload, or bypass authentication or rate limits on BizAI APIs, Infisical vaults, or WebMCP endpoints.
• Use Android Screen Mirror or automation bridges on devices or accounts you are not legally authorized to access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BIZAI INTELLIGENCE SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, search rankings, or business interruption. In all cases, BizAI’s aggregate cumulative liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer to BizAI in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County (Austin), Texas.
